To begin HOCATT treatments, 6 to 10 sessions are encouraged at a rate of 1 time per week. Maintenance of 1 session per month is recommended to see the circulatory benefits. PEMF and FSM may be experience separately as well as part of a sauna session. PEMF alone also help with detox, weight management and minor pain relief. Packages for multiple sessions are available.
