Keila Paulino, APRN-BC, AGNP-BC
Keila Paulino is an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner in South Florida and also a local member of the Key Largo community with special training and skill in providing medical care to adults of all ages. Keila determines the necessity for diagnostic tests and prevents and treats illnesses and injuries. She can help with the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. She regularly acts as a patient advocate helping patients in need navigate the medical system here in South Florida. Significant diseases and conditions treated by APRN Paulino include wounds, sprains, fractures, infections, viruses, hypertension, hormone imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, and diabetes. Health and medical tests, procedures and therapies provided by APRN Paulino include ordering diagnostic tests, interpreting lab results and X-rays, prescribing medications, referring patients to specialists, and acting as a primary health care provider.
Scott Williams, RN-BC
Scott has been a nurse for the past 14 years. He moved up through the nursing ranks starting as a certified nursing assistant followed by his LPN license and finally on to become a Registered Nurse. His nursing specialty is in the field of oncology where has been an infusion nurse for the past 10 years. He works daily with accessing difficult veins, implanted ports and administering a wide range of IV medications.

APRN Keila Paulino is one of the few Evexipel Certified Providers in Key Largo and the Florida Keys. We offer bioidentical hormone pellets for men and women along with the lab panels to test for pre and post hormone levels.
Drug Screening (DOT & Non DOT)
We are here for all your DOT and Non DOT drug screening needs. Our Tavernier location processes our Drug Free Work Place and Consortium Programs for all DOT workers who need to belong to a random pool.
Orthopedics
APRN Paulino has extensive experience working with total hips and joints services as well as orthopedic trauma. She can examine your physical condition and with the help of diagnostic testing determine if you need rehab or possible surgery.
Labs and Post Chemotherapy Hydration
At Keys Mobile Medical Services, we are here for your post chemotherapy needs like your "feel better" hydration, home injections or prescriptions for nausea and steroid medications, port flushes and lab draws. We can also remove your CADD Pump for you.
