I am a Crew Member, Shipmate or an active Captain and I need to be part of a Consortium (drug testing program) to work. (DOT - US Coast Guard / SAMHSA approved testing and labs)
I am not an active Captain, but I need a DOT drug test to submit my package for my license renewal. I do not need to join the consortium. I do this once every 5 years.
I am already a member of Keys Consortium and I am applying for a new Captain's license. (first time applicant, not a renewal)
I am an employee and I need to schedule a drug test. I do not need to be a member of the consortium. (Pre-employment, random, follow up, ready for duty, DOT/Non-Dot)
Keys Consortium provides services for those who fall under the regulations of the United States Coast Guard testing body. At this time, we do not provide services for FCMSA or other testing bodies. We do act as a collection office for other consortium's that need a drug screening or urine collection resource in the Florida Keys.
For more information on Keys Consortium
I need a letter. I am a Crew Member, Shipmate or a Captain and I need proof of membership. I am an existing Keys Consortium member applying for my Captain's license renewal.
I need to check or update my employee list. (This is your list of employees that may be called for random testing)
