Pay Invoice
You will receive an invoice from us via email that you can pay online. You can also pay your Keys Consortium Membership fee at the Key Largo or Marathon office when testing.
Complete your test
Come into the Key Largo office to test. 8:15am to 1pm for walk-ins or schedule an appointment after 1pm in our main office at 100430 Overseas Hwy Suite 300 Key Largo. The Marathon office is 1 day per week by appointment only. We have testing locations is Key West that require a drug test authorization form. We can also arrange for testing in all 50 states for Keys Consortium Members.
